Procedure Details

This patient underwent a previous facelift and upper and lower blepharoplasty about 10 years ago. She wanted to address the aging of her eyes, face, and neck. She was bothered by asymmetry over her upper eyelids in addition to hollowness over her cheeks, jowling, and loose skin over the neck. A facelift, neck lift, upper eyelid lift and fat transfer to the lips, cheeks, tear troughs, and nasolabial folds were performed to give the patient her desired look. Her results are more natural and refreshed, with more symmetric upper eyelids, softened tear troughs over the lower eyelids, fuller cheeks, a sharper jawline, and a more refined neck. Her results are shown 7 months after surgery.
