With 25 years as a nurse and 7 years in aesthetics, I’ve had the privilege of helping patients feel more confident in their own skin. For the past 2+ years at Motakef Medspa, I’ve loved seeing the joy on my patients’ faces when they see their results—and it’s even more rewarding when they message me later about how happy and confident they feel! I’m so honored that so many trust me with their aesthetic journeys.

When I’m not at the office, I’m spending time with my amazing husband of 20 years, cheering on my two teenage boys at baseball or hockey games, or getting my hands dirty in the garden. Watching my flowers bloom after all the hard work is the best feeling (yes, I know I’m a bit of a dork!). I truly love what I do, and I’m so grateful to be part of your journey.

“With 10 years of experience as a Medical Assistant, I find immense joy in helping patients look and feel their best. One of the most rewarding aspects of my job is seeing the confidence boost that comes with aesthetic transformations. Knowing that I played a part in someone’s journey to feeling better about themselves is truly fulfilling.

I also have a special passion for post-op care, ensuring our patients feel comfortable, supported, and well taken care of during their recovery process.

When it comes to my favorite treatments, I can’t resist a good facial—along with Botox and fillers to keep my skin refreshed and glowing!

Outside of work, I’m a proud mom to my 1-year-old daughter, a fiancée, and a total foodie who loves exploring new flavors. I also enjoy spending time outdoors whenever I get the chance. A fun fact about me? I made the big move from Sioux Falls, SD to California in 2020, and I’ve been loving the sunshine ever since!

“With five years of experience in social media and nearly two years with the incredible team at Motakef Medspa, I’ve had the privilege of documenting our patients’ transformational journeys—from pre-op to post-op. Watching the artistry of surgery unfold and witnessing the boost in confidence it brings to our patients is truly the most rewarding part of my job.

My career in aesthetics began as a body sculpting post-op specialist, which opened the doors to the world of plastic surgery. Through networking with top plastic surgeons across Los Angeles and Orange County, I discovered my passion for blending marketing and aesthetics—a creative combination that allows me to bring our patients’ stories to life.

As for my own go-to treatments? I never skip my monthly Hydrafacials, and Botox is a must—one thing I’ve learned early in this field is that preventative care is everything!

When I’m not curating content or capturing patient transformations, you can find me on spontaneous weekend trips or cozied up at home cuddling with my fur baby, Beauty. “

Hi, I’m Kelsey, and I’ve had the privilege of being the Patient Care Coordinator at Motakef Plastic Surgery & Medspa for over two years. Recently, I stepped into the role of Office Manager, where I not only guide our patients through their surgical journeys but also help lead our team in providing the best possible experience for everyone who walks through our doors.

My passion for aesthetics started 10 years ago when I became a licensed esthetician, and it has only grown since. Helping people feel like the best version of themselves is something I take immense pride in, whether it’s through surgery, skincare, or non-surgical treatments. Some of my favorite treatments? Definitely Botox, filler, and chemical peels! My philosophy is simple: Aging is a natural part of life, but taking care of my skin helps me age as gracefully as possible.

When I’m not at work, I dedicate my time to my husband and our five-month-old son, soaking up every precious moment together. Fun fact? I absolutely love bowling, and I have zero apologies for chili dogs being my favorite food!
