Patients who are slim to begin with can still undergo liposuction with fat transfer to the buttocks and achieve a dramatic transformation. This patient was dissatisfied with the appearance of her midsection and wanted to improve shape and add volume to her butt. A Brazilian Butt Lift, including liposuction around the abdomen, flanks, hips, and lateral back (360 liposuction) with fat transfer to the buttocks and hip dips was performed on this patient. Results show an overall slimmer waist and improved shape and projection over the buttocks. Her results are shown at 3 months post-op.
