This patient in her 20s wanted to increase the size of her breasts with silicone gummy bear implants. A precise pocket dissection and two slightly different sized implants (385 CCs on her right and 350 CCs on her left) were used in this case to create more symmetry between the two breasts. Note her full and natural shape and more symmetric cleavage lines. This patient was very happy with her results. She is shown at just 4 weeks post-op.
