This patient had an initial breast augmentation years ago, and knew it was time for a refresher.
Her old implants felt heavy, and were no longer as perky as they originally were. She wanted to address the sag in her breast, resize her areolas, and a smaller implant. We decided to perform a bilateral mastopexy, replaced her implants, and added Durasorb internal bra mesh for extra support.
She went with a 350 CC smooth, round, moderate profile silicone implants. Her original implants were over 500 CCs in size.
This procedure gave her breast a perkier appearance that felt much more harmonious to her body frame.
Results are shown at 3 months post op!
