This patient had a breast lift with another surgeon and unfortunately, her implants bottomed out; meaning the implants fell below her inframammary fold. This created an unusual appearance to her breasts where her nipples appeared as though they were “stargazing” and she had total loss of upper pole fullness.
This called for a revision mastopexy to reposition her implants. During this procedure, we corrected her breast lift and also added an “internal bra” mesh to insure she had plenty of support. She went with 505 CC High Profile Silicone implants for full appearance.
Results are shown at 1 year post op.
