This patient was unhappy with the appearance of her outer thighs and the shape that they gave her figure. Liposuction of the outer thighs was performed to achieve her goals. Her after photos demonstrate a smoother curve from her waist to her thighs, accentuating her hourglass figure. Liposuction over the lower abdomen was also performed simultaneously.
