This patient wanted to slim down her midsection while also increasing the volume of her buttocks. Liposuction around the midsection and back (360 liposuction) was performed to address the volume around her trunk. The fat was then purified and processed and used to enhance the volume and shape of her buttocks by adding volume to fill in the hip dips and project the buttocks. After photos at 3 months demonstrate a beautiful and natural looking result with a slimmer waistline that flows naturally into the buttocks.
