Labiaplasty Results at 3 Months Post Op

This patient presented with labial hypertrophy, which caused both functional discomfort and aesthetic concerns. An edge labiaplasty was performed to reduce the length and protrusion of the labia minora while preserving natural pigmentation and contour. At 3 months post-op, she demonstrates a well-healed result with a significant improvement in symmetry and reduction in labial prominence. There is no evidence of wound dehiscence, scarring is minimal, and the overall contour is smooth and anatomically harmonious.
