POST WEIGHT-LOSS BODY TRANSFORMATION: Stage 1 Mommy Makeover

This patient underwent the first stage of a multi-step body reconstruction after experiencing significant weight loss. In this initial phase, a comprehensive mommy makeover approach was used to address excess skin, weakened abdominal tissues, and changes in breast shape and volume that commonly occur after both pregnancies and weight fluctuations. A circumferential tummy tuck with a Fleur-de-Lis conversion was performed to remove excess skin both vertically and horizontally, with tightening of the abdominal wall musculature (rectus diastases repair) for improved core support and smoother contour. Lipo 360 further refined the waistline, flanks, and back for balanced, circumferential shaping. A mastopexy was performed to lift and reshape the breasts, complemented by fat transfer to restore upper-pole fullness and natural softness without implants. She plans on returning in the future for a silicone breast augmentation, so this added the soft tissue coverage needed for a subfascial augmentation at a second stage! As Stage 1 of her reconstruction, these results show significant improvement in abdominal contour, waist definition, and breast shape. Excess skin has been removed, proportions restored, and her silhouette is more sculpted. Additional refinement is anticipated as healing continues and future stages are completed.
