Breast Lift with Implants and Total Tummy Tuck Revision!

This patient had a previous tummy tuck in her early 20s and experienced changes to her abdomen and breasts after having children. She came to us seeking to restore her pre-baby body and correct excess skin and breast deflation. Her procedure included: Total Revision Abdominoplasty to remove excess skin, retighten the abdominal wall, and create a flatter, more contoured abdomen with improved waist definition. She also had a Mastopexy-Augmentation, to lift and reshape the breasts while restoring lost volume using a subfascial approach with 295cc Motiva Full Round silicone implants. This technique provided improved upper pole fullness while maintaining a natural breast shape and minimizing implant visibility. At 3 months post-op, she’s healing well with a flatter, more defined abdomen and lifted, fuller breasts. Results will continue to refine as swelling resolves.
