Drastic Weightless Mommy Makeover | 2.5 Months Post OP

This 39-year-old patient presented after significant weight loss with concerns including breast asymmetry and sagging, as well as excess skin and fullness throughout the abdomen, flanks, hips, and back. She also had circumferential skin laxity, affecting her overall contour from every angle. To address these concerns, a comprehensive mommy makeover was performed. This included liposuction of the back and flanks to sculpt the waistline, along with Retraction RF to support additional skin tightening in the back. A breast lift (mastopexy) was performed to elevate and reshape the breasts for improved symmetry and a more youthful position. For the abdomen, a circumferential fleur-de-lis lipo-abdominoplasty was performed to remove excess skin both horizontally and vertically, allowing for a more complete tightening of the midsection. An umbilical hernia was also repaired during the procedure. At just 2.5 months post-operative, her early results show a dramatically flatter abdomen, improved waist definition, and lifted, more balanced breasts. As swelling continues to resolve and healing progresses, her results will continue to refine over the coming months.
