SUBFASCIAL BREAST AUGMENTATION WITH INTERNAL BRA MESH & FAT TRANSFER TO BREASTS

This patient came to us desiring a natural yet enhanced look with fuller cleavage. Because she had wider cleavage lines with pec muscles that were naturally farther apart, a subfascial approach to breast augmentation was the best option to create soft, natural results while maintaining long-term implant support. Because she is also naturally slimmer with minimal breast tissue, we also decided to add fat to her cleavage lines to soften these areas. We placed Motiva 340 CC RSD silicone implants with DuraSorb mesh bilaterally to add support and stability. Fat was collected from her arms, inner thighs, and sacrum to transfer to the upper poles to achieve natural-looking cleavage. At just 2.5 months post-op, her results are already showing beautifully balanced contours and the natural yet feminine enhancement she envisioned. A subfascial approach also offers faster healing and minimizes unpredictability in the final results, allowing patients to enjoy a smoother recovery and more consistent outcomes.
