This lovely patient wanted to enhance her breast size while maintaining a natural look and feel. After discussing her goals, she chose to move forward with a breast augmentation using silicone implants placed in the subfascial plane. This technique allows the implants to sit just beneath a supportive tissue layer, helping create a smooth shape and natural movement while preserving the chest muscle. Motiva 265 cc silicone implants were selected to provide a balanced, proportionate result. Careful attention was given during surgery to ensure symmetry and a soft, natural contour. At 3 months post-op, her results show a fuller, more defined shape with a natural appearance that complements her body.
