Subfascial Breast Augmentation with Fat Transfer

This patient is 1 month post-operative from a subfascial breast augmentation with autologous fat transfer (AFT) to the breasts. Her procedure combined 230 cc Motiva Round Silk Demi (RSD) silicone implants with targeted fat grafting to enhance both shape and soft-tissue support. The Demi profile was selected to provide balanced fullness and projection while maintaining proportions that complement her frame. Fat transfer was strategically used to increase soft-tissue coverage over the implants, helping create a smoother transition and more natural feel, while also enhancing cleavage and overall breast contour. At just 1 month after surgery, she is already demonstrating improved breast volume, shape, and cleavage with a natural-looking result. As swelling continues to resolve and the implants settle into position, her results will continue to soften and refine over the coming months.
