Breast Revision Surgery

This patient presented with bottoming out of her implants, where the majority of her breast tissue had shifted below the natural fold. This left her with empty upper poles and a noticeable upward rotation of the nipples, often referred to as “star gazing.” To correct this, a comprehensive breast revision was performed, which included: - Implant Exchange, replacing her old 290 CC filled to 320 CC Saline implants with new Motiva 375 CC ERSF Silicone implants - Bilateral superior capsulotomies to release tight upper breast capsules - Right lateral capsulotomy for improved implant positioning - Placement of GalaFLEX 3DR internal bra to provide long-term lower pole support and stability - Bilateral IMF wedge mastopexy to lift and refine breast position At just 1 month post-op, her results already show a more balanced, centered implant position, restored upper pole fullness, and improved overall breast symmetry. As healing continues, her results will further refine.
