Total Breast Revision: Plane Change, Asymmetry Correction & Masto-Aug

This patient presented with a history of prior breast augmentation complicated by breast asymmetry, implant malposition, and significant capsular contracture (Grade 3 on the right and Grade 4 on the left). She also experienced breast ptosis and fullness along the lateral chest wall that contributed to imbalance in her overall breast shape. To restore symmetry and create a more stable foundation, a comprehensive revision procedure was performed. This included removal of the previous implants, correction of the implant pockets with lateral capsulorrhaphy, and a plane change from submuscular to subfascial placement. New Motiva 475 cc silicone implants were placed and supported with TIGR Matrix internal bra mesh to provide additional structural and long-term support. A bilateral mastopexy was also performed to reposition and reshape the breast tissue, while liposuction of the lateral chest walls helped refine the surrounding contours. Her early results show improved breast position, enhanced symmetry, and a more balanced silhouette. Results shown at 1 month post op.
