Upper Blepharoplasty at 1 Month Post Op

This patient presented with excess skin of the upper eyelids, that created a heavy, tired appearance. She desired a more refreshed and open look while maintaining natural eyelid shape. A bilateral upper eyelid blepharoplasty was performed under local anesthesia. During the procedure, a small amount of excess skin was carefully removed, and the natural eyelid crease was precisely recreated to restore a more defined and youthful contour. At 1 month post-operative, her results show a brighter, more open eye appearance with improved eyelid definition. Incisions are well-concealed within the natural crease and will continue to fade as healing progresses. This procedure offers a subtle yet impactful rejuvenation, helping patients look more rested while preserving their natural features.
