I highly recommend Dr. Motakef for all your plastic surgery needs. I feel like I found a gem in the rough. He is genuinely kind and respectful and truly listens to your goals and vision for yourself. He wholeheartedly cares and goes out of his way to help you reach that vision. This quality is rare in surgeons from my experience. Additionally, his work is masterful. He is passionate about his work and the results show it. The level of detail and expertise he demonstrates in his work is remarkable. I have had two surgeries with him. The first was what I was thinking would be a simple breast augmentation. Unfortunately I found out I had what are called tuberous breasts which made the surgery much more complex. Other surgeons I consulted suggested giant scars and/or implants far too big for my body size. Dr. Motakef told me he would do his best to avoid large scars but also didn’t oversell or make false promises which I appreciated. Due to his impeccable surgical skill, he was able to perform the breast lift and augmentation just through the nipple incisions and my results look fantastic. Beyond what I would have imagined possible. He also performed 360 liposuction on me and while I am still in recovery, I can tell you the results are already looking amazing. Liposuction can go very wrong with uneven contours and other issues. I finally have that beautiful hourglass shape I dreamed of because he removed some fibrotic fat that I couldn’t lose otherwise. He really personalizes your care and does not brush you off or give you generic instructions both before and after surgery. The level of care and detail in his work is reason alone to obtain care from him. His kind, patient nature and clear communication is just icing on the cake and beyond my expectations after working with other surgeons. More

I underwent a complex breast revision surgery with Dr. Motakef to address capsular contracture. My procedure included removal of my previous implants, a breast lift (mastopexy), repair of my pectoral muscles, placement of an internal mesh bra, insertion of Motiva silicone implants above the muscle, and liposuction to the sides of my chest.From the initial consultation through post-operative care, Dr. Motakef was consistently thorough, calm, and attentive. He took the time to explain each part of the surgical plan in clear detail, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt informed and comfortable at every step. I visited multiple offices, met different surgeons, and listened to their various recommendations and price points. I booked a consultation and took my mom along because she has an uncanny intuition about people and doctors. After meeting with him, I just knew he was the one. He explained everything thoroughly and answered all my questions with patience and care. His staff? Absolutely wonderful. The women working there were not only stunning but also incredibly kind, making the entire experience feel comfortable, not awkward like some other places I'd been.The surgery center was all the way in Ontario, which made me nervous, but the staff there were great. The only thing I might change is that I wish I had gone just a bit bigger, my skin has always been extra stretchy from past weight loss (still losing weight) so in the future I may consider fuller implants to really get the look I want.That being said, if I ever do, Dr. Motakef is hands-down the only surgeon I’d trust to take me there. I couldn't have made a better choice! - tl;dr: Dr. Motakef is an incredible surgeon. Book your procedure with him!I flew into Orange County and underwent a Mommy Makeover (breast lift, tummy tuck, vaser lip 360 , fat transfer to my hips & skin retraction on my back) with Dr. Motakef in mid-November, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience and results. I spent well over two years researching surgeons and consulted with five different ones before ultimately choosing Dr. Motakef—and I’m so glad I did.From the very first consultation, Dr. Motakef stood out with his expertise, transparency, and compassionate approach. Trust. That is important to me and I trust Dr. Motakef. I had two major surgeries with Dr. Motakef. One included a Tummy Tuck w/a Breast Lift, and then six months later, I opted to have a Brachioplasty. He did an amazing service for me, and if I ever opt to have another surgery, I will absolutely go back to him. I am in love with my results, and I wish I could tip Dr. Motakef because I'm so grateful to him. He's freaken awesome! I can say with complete confidence that I would unquestionably recommend him to family and friends. I had a lot of questions and sometimes would email him, and he always responded promptly. After my Tummy Tuck, the night after, which was a weekend, I had an urgent question, and Dr. Motakef promptly called me back within a few minutes.Dr. Motakef has always been calm, informative, and most importantly to me, has a kind vibration as well. I also think that he has a good sense for ethical human dignity. For example, during my 2nd surgery, I was also contemplating having Thighplasty but was still having reservations about getting it done. I had already turned in the check, and although I was still somewhat conflicted, I was going to do it anyway. Before the surgery, Dr. Motakef came to me because he sensed my uncertainty with continuing with the Thighplasty, and basically told me that once he does the surgery, he can't undo it and that he wanted me to be 100% sure about it. He told me that it's my body and he wanted me to be confident and comfortable with moving forward with the surgery. He could have proceeded forward with the surgery without saying anything, but he operated from an ethical standpoint and was thinking of my mental status post-surgery. I will forever be grateful to Dr. Motakef for that conversation because it helped me to make the right decision for myself at that moment. I recently got a breast lift with Dr. Motakef and I am beyond happy with my results. I have had a breast augmentation in the past, but overtime. My breasts started to get very low after having the first consultation with Dr Motakef I knew that he was going to be my surgeon. He is so amazing and professional. The facility and staff are very clean and nice. I also ended up getting 100 units of Botox injected into my under arms for sweating with their RN Kimberly it was a great experience as well. Being my first time the results are incomparable. I recommend them to everybody I talk to you and you will be in good hands if you choose to go here! More

650cc silicone with a breast lift and internal bra - Doctor Motakef is a FANTASTIC surgeon, I had an implant exchange saline to silicone with a breast lift and internal bra. I was initially sad about going from 700cc to 650cc but when it was explained to me that I was only going down a few tablespoons, I felt better. The Doctor also explained to me the outcome if I chose to go bigger, well I wasn’t down for ugly scarring so ultimately I felt confident about my decision. I’m only 24 hours out of surgery my post-op is Friday so I haven’t seen my breasts yet but I KNOW I’m going to be pleased. I went with the 650cc UHP silicone implants natrelle, I HIGHLY recommend Doctor Motakef to anybody looking for a TOP surgeon with an impeccable bedside manner. Doctor Motakef gave me an ointment that is to be applied 4xdaily and, my breasts are already improving after one day! When I apply more ointment I will take a picture of what my breasts look like.Updated on 28 Aug 2022:I’ve still got markings all over but that’s to be expected. I developed blisters due to the surgical tape, apparently I’m allergic to adhesive! Dr. Motakef gave me an ointment to apply 4xdaily.
