360 Liposuction and Breast Augmentation

This patient wanted to increase the size of her breasts from a B cup to a D cup and also address some stubborn fat around her waist. She was also bothered by some baseline breast asymmetry. She underwent liposuction of the flanks and hips and a simultaneous breast augmentation. A high profile 385 CC Sientra High Strength Cohesive (HSC) gummy bear breast implant was placed in the left breast and a high profile 415 CC Sientra HSC gummy bear breast implant was placed in the right breast. Her results are shown at 3 months after her procedure and demonstrate fuller, more symmetric breasts, and a slimmer and more toned waist with an overall more athletic silhouette.
