Tummy Tuck with Liposuction and Fat Transfer to the Buttocks in Yorba Linda, CA

This patient wanted to address the loose skin and slight excess fat on her abdomen and back. She was interested in a procedure to recontour her abdomen and torso and improve her buttock shape and projection. She underwent an abdominoplasty with liposuction of the abdomen, flanks, hips, lateral back, and upper back. Fat was transferred to the buttocks (1000 CCs were grafted to either side) using ultrasound guidance (ultrasound guided-BBL). Results demonstrate a curvier figure, with a tighter flatter abdomen, slimmer waistline, and improved buttock shape and projection. Results are shown at just 3 months post-operatively.
