Tummy Tuck with Lipo 360 and Inner/Outer Thigh Lipo, + Fat Transfer to Breasts

Our patient in her 30s came in wanting to achieve an overall slimmer appearance and to add subtle fullness to her breasts naturally. She wanted to avoid breast implants, if possible. After discussing her goals, we decided that the best surgical route to take would be to perform a tummy tuck (abdominoplasty) to repair her diastasis recti (this is a separation in the abdominal muscles that many women develop after pregnancy), liposuction 360 and liposuction of the inner and outer thighs to sculpt her frame, and fat transfer to the breast to balance asymmetries and give her a natural perkiness.
