After a history of saline breast augmentation with 950 CC breast implants and liposuction and J Plasma over the abdomen, this patient was interested in removing her implants and going natural while rejuvenating her abdomen. She opted for a fat transfer to her breasts to add volume to her breasts instead of adding new implants. We removed her breast implants and performed a breast lift with fat grafting to her breasts to maintain their volume, cleavage, and upper pole fullness. We also performed a simultaneous tummy tuck with liposuction of the flanks, hips, lateral back, and upper back (also known as lipo 360) to address her concerns with her midsection.
