Tummy Tuck Scar Revision and VASER Lipo 180

This 37 year old female patient had a previous tummy tuck with another surgeon and was not happy with the scar placement and the shape of her butt after this surgery. She came in for a scar revision to remove the "dog ears" left behind and lift the scar into a higher cut bikini line. She felt that the excess tissue in this area gave her a "square" shape. We combined her procedure with VASER liposuction on the flanks to create a more seamless, hourglass shape. Results shown at 6 weeks post op demonstrating a slimmer waistline and a better shape to the buttocks hips with removal of the excess skin and fat around her waistline.
