Breast Lift with Implants and DuraSorb Mesh

This lovely patient underwent a bilateral mastopexy also known as a breast lift, combined with the placement of 385 cc full profile soft touch silicone gummy bear implants for enhanced volume and shape. A breast lift was performed to address the sagging left behind from pregnancy and breastfeeding, providing a more youthful and elevated breast position, while the implants added fullness and improved contours. We also added DuraSorb Mesh to provide additional internal support, ensuring long-lasting results and stable implant position. This bioabsorbable mesh reinforces the breast tissue, preventing future sagging and maintaining the implants' positioning over time, especially in cases where the patient’s natural tissue may need extra reinforcement. At 5 months post op she has rounder breasts with a lifted and natural appearance. Note the tattoo under her left breast was not visible in her before photos. Even though we have added the weight of an implant to her breast, the entire breast is now well supported above the position of the fold in the after photo, revealing the tattoo on her chest that was previously hidden. The patient’s new look features improved symmetry, projection, and a firmer feel, with added support to ensure long-term success. We are both very pleased with her results!
