Breast Lift and Augmentation in Newport Beach, California

This patient underwent breast augmentation over 10 years prior. She presented with bottomed out implants, hollow upper poles, and a thin skin envelope. She was also interested in inverted nipple correction. She underwent a breast lift, pocket revisions, removal and replacement of her implants with Sientra high strength cohesive gummy bear implants, placement of a GalaFLEX 3D internal bra, and inverted nipple correction. Her results are shown at 3 months. Note the improved upper pole fullness, symmetry, and cleavage. Rippling was decreased by using more cohesive silicone gel implants. This result is shown just 3 months after surgery.
