This patient wanted to increase the size of her breasts while adding more fullness to the upper portion of her breasts. This patient underwent a bilateral breast augmentation with silicone implants in the subpectoral position. 470 CC smooth round high profile implants were used to create the look that the patient wanted. Results were shown just over 3 months post procedure.
