This patient was bothered by large breasts that were associated with neck pain and back pain. She underwent a superomedial pedicle breast reduction procedure to remove excess tissue, lift her breasts, and create a rounder breast shape. This type of breast reduction preserves more breast tissue over the upper part of the breast and breast tissue near the center of the breasts to maximize breast cleavage while preferentially removing saggy tissue over the bottom of the breast. Her result is a lifted, perkier and rounder breast shape. Her results are shown at 6 weeks. Her scars will continue to fade over time.
