Breast Revision- Unilateral Lift with Pocket Corrections

Complex breast revision case! This beautiful patient had a breast augmentation elsewhere 2 years prior and had some asymmetries she wanted to correct. To restore the balance in her breast we had to do a few things: - We released and repositioned her right implant and reinforced this pocket with a GalaFLEX internal bra mesh - On the left, we performed a unilateral breast lift, tightened and re-stablized her left implant pocket and also placed an internal bra mesh for extra support. When performing a unilateral breast lift, scar therapy is crucial. We added Brijjits to her procedures to ensure her scar heals as best as possible. At 8 weeks post op, we are loving the progress she's made in her recovery!
