Breast Augmentation with Liposuction in Yorba Linda, California

This patient underwent a transumbilical breast augmentation with saline implants with another surgeon several years prior. She had some sag over the lower pole of her her breasts, but wanted to avoid the scars associated with a lollipop or anchor pattern lift. Her implants were removed and replaced with Sientra 440 CC HSC silicone gummy bear implants with a small incision in the breast fold. Her implants were also lowered in both breasts with pocket revisions to improve their shape and symmetry. On her lateral views, notice the improved shape of the breast and the upward rotation of her nipple. On her anterior view, notice her more natural cleavage lines and rounder shape. These effects were achieved by lowering her implants. She simultaneously underwent liposuction over the abdomen and waist area. Her results are shown at 3 months.
