Breast Augmentation

The patient in her late 30's had breast augmentation almost 10 years prior and wanted to upgrade her implants. She wanted larger breasts with more upper pole fullness. She also was interested in options to maximize soft tissue support for her implants for a lifted and fuller appearance. She was not interested in a breast lift procedure because of the associated scarring. To achieve her desired outcome, she underwent a breast augmentation revision procedure. Her 375 CC moderate plus profile silicone implants were removed and 520 CC high profile silicone implants were placed. Her pockets were tightened on the sides with a "popcorn capsulorrhaphy" and a mesh internal bra was placed (GalaFLEX 3DR) to achieve excellent cleavage and upper pole fullness. Her results are shown at 4 weeks post op.
