Radiofrequency-assisted Lipolysis & Lower Eyelid Blepharoplasty in Irvine, CA

This patient wanted to address her under-eye area as well as the skin laxity over the neck. Radiofrequency-assisted liposuction (RFAL) using the InMode FaceTite system was performed on her face and neck to help tighten the skin. A transconjunctival lower eyelid blepharoplasty was also performed with fat transfer to both tear troughs to blend the eyelid-cheek junction. The overall appearance of skin laxity on the face and neck was improved along with a brighter, more refreshed appearance to her under-eyes and mid face. Results are shown at just 4 weeks, and will continue to improve with time.
