Lower Eyelid Blepharoplasty in Anaheim, California

This patient was bothered by bags over the lower eyelids that gave him a tired appearance. He underwent a transconjunctival lower blepharoplasty to reduce the lower eyelid fat pads and release the tear trough ligament. The procedure was performed using a transconjunctival approach (an approach that uses incisions placed inside the eyelid), so that no visible scars were placed on the skin. This approach can be utilized in select candidates. His results are shown just 6 days after surgery, and demonstrate a flatter and smoother contour to the lower eyelids giving him a more rested and refreshed appearance.
