Lower Blepharoplasty with Fat Transfer to Face in Anaheim, California

This patient was interested in a procedure to remove her under eye bags and rejuvenate her eyes. A lower lid transconjunctival blepharoplasty was performed to remove excess fat from the lower eyelids. This procedure is performed via a hidden incision inside the eyelid, to minimize visible scarring over the face and reduce the risk of lower eyelid malposition. Fat grafting was performed from the lower abdomen to the tear troughs and cheeks to restore volume to this area. Note the improved fullness over her cheeks, particularly over her oblique views. Finally, a lower eyelid chemical peel was performed to rejuvenate her skin. Her results are shown at one year post-op, and demonstrate a more refreshed and rejuvenated appearance to the lower eyelids.
