Face/Neck Lift

This patient in her 70s had a facelift procedure over 10 years prior and was interested in a procedure to refresh her results. She was bothered by saggy and hollow cheeks, jowling, and loose skin over her neck. She under went a deep plane face/neck lift. This procedure elevates the deeper layers of the face to reposition volume over the cheeks and improve jawline definition and contour to the neck. Her platysmal bands have been addressed and skin has been smoothed significantly. These photos are shown at 6 weeks post op. She is very pleased with her lifted cheeks and sharper jawline and neck.
