This patient in her 60s was bothered by her saggy and hollow cheeks, jowling, and loose skin over her neck. She had significant sun damage to her skin and was interested in improving some of her wrinkles and fine lines as well. She underwent a facelift and necklift with fat transfer to the temples, cheeks, nasolabial folds, chin, and jawline. She was very pleased with her lifted cheeks and sharper jawline and neck.
