This patient wanted to obtain a more youthful look to her face. An upper blepharoplasty, transconjunctival lower eyelid fat pad reduction, facial fat grafting, and full face erbium laser procedures were performed on this patient to address her concerns. Postoperatively, this patient has added volume to her tear troughs and cheeks, restored skin texture and tone, and more youthful looking eyes. Results are shown at just 30 days after procedure.
