Rhinoplasty in Newport Beach, California

This patient in her 20s wanted to undergo a rhinoplasty to address the hump on her nose and refine her tip. Her concerns are very common for Hispanic patients undergoing rhinoplasty procedures (dorsal hump, bulbous tip, thick skin envelope). Structure and preservation rhinoplasty principles were applied to address her goals. Only the hump was removed from this nose, and the remainder of the structures of her nose were preserved. This procedure resulted in improved tip rotation and projection, a more elegant profile, and a more refined tip. Her results are shown at just 7 days, and demonstrate minimal swelling and bruising.
